When Savanna Dyer was found murdered at the side of the road in Carlsen Field three months ago, the terrified residents the area begged police to protect them.

Residents said the response was police patrols for ten days, and then they stopped.

On Tuesday afternoon, it happened again, with the killing of mechanical engineer and father of two Raidal Persad.
