The people of Trinidad and Tobago can rest assured that before any construction of an AI (artificial intelligence) data centre can begin, the project will be subject to the engineering, environmental and regulatory processes required under Trinidad and Tobago law.
This assurance came yesterday from Marc-Kwesi Farrell, one of the principal members of the United States-based Hummingbird AI Holdings LLC leadership team.
Farrell is the son of economist and former deputy Central Bank governor Dr Terrence Farrell.
