(Kaieteur News) â A former employee of the Mohamedâs family has reportedly provided statements to the Guyana Police Force (GPF) linking the Opposition Leader, Azruddin Mohamed to the murder of Ricardo Fagundes, known as âPaper Shortsâ.
Nazar âShellâ Mohamed, father of Azruddin Mohamed in a video statement on Thursday morning explained that efforts have recently intensified by the GPF to implicate his son in the murder of Fagundes with several employees taken into custody over the past weeks.
More recently, Shell said an ex-worker, Travis Audain, who is allegedly a deportee from the United States of America, was taken into custody by the police. The elder Mohamed said that unknown to his family Audain allegedly committed âmajor crimesâ in the United States.
