A Tobago man has been sentenced to three months and 24 days’ imprisonment after pleading guilty to breaching a Protection Order for the third time.
The accused, a 30-year-old farmer from Belle Garden, appeared before Magistrate Avion Gill in the Scarborough Second Court on Wednesday.
He admitted to violating a Protection Order which prohibits him from sending threatening messages to the victim.
