Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar will address the 80th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) at 5 p.m. today in New York.
Persad-Bissessar has been allotted 15 minutes of speaking time.
She departed Trinidad yesterday at 6 p.m., accompanied by Public Utilities Minister Barry Padarath, who is also Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister.
