The Government has completed a new ownership and management arrangement for the Hilton Trinidad & Conference Centre.
A statement from Evolving Technologies and Enterprise Development Company Limited (e Teck) on Friday stated that it acquired all issued and outstanding shares of Hilton International Trinidad Limited under a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA).
The company has since been renamed HotelTT Asset Management Company Limited and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of e Teck, which is itself wholly owned by the State.
