(Kaieteur News) – Dem boys seh is time somebody look into de deplorable conditions in Guyana prisons. Dem boys hearing too much complaints about prisoners living in cells without basic amenities. Is time we modernise de prison system and bring it into de twenty-first century.
First of all, every cell should come wid a cell phone. How yuh expect a man to maintain contact wid family if he gat to wait till visiting day? That is discrimination against prisoners. Every prisoner should have unlimited data and free calls. After all, communication is a human right!
