JSC announces new appointments for Registrar of Deeds, Land Court Commissioners

(Kaieteur News) – The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has announced the appointment of new Registrar of Deeds at the Deeds Registry and five new commissioners of title to serve in the land court.
According to a press release issued by the JSC on Tuesday, Ms. Zanna Frank has been appointed the new Registrar of Deeds at the Deeds Registry, with effect from 1st July, 2026.
The release noted that Frank brings extensive legal and public administration experience to the role.
