The five surviving crew members of the fishing vessel ST VINCENT VII who were rescued on Tuesday are receiving medical treatment in St Vincent.
In an update on Thursday, the Ministry of Defence said members of the Vincentian Coast Guard retrieved the survivors from the MV MARVEL KITE at a rendezvous point at 10:22pm on Wednesday, July 22nd.
They were then transported to the Kingstown Cruise Ship Terminal, where their vital signs were checked before they were taken by ambulance to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital for further examination and treatment.
