The National Council of Indian Culture is honouring one of its longest-serving stalwarts. The Heritage Centre at Divali Nagar has been officially named the Dr. Deokinanan Sharma Virasaat Kendra, celebrating a man who spent over two decades transforming the landscape of Hindu and cultural development.
