A 49-year-old man was chased into the toilet of a stranger’s home and shot dead on Thursday afternoon in Williamsville.
The murder has renewed concerns about the absence of a police post in the community.
The killing took place along Williamsville Main Road, not far from the location of one of Trinidad and Tobago’s most notorious mass murders, the 1994 Baboolal family massacre ordered by notorious drug lord Dole Chadee.
