With less than a month remaining before the start of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, head coach of Jamaica's national senior netball team, Sasher-Gaye Henry-Wright, says the Sunshine Girls are progressing well, as they aim to repeat their historic silver-medal performance from four years ago.
The Commonwealth Games will be held from July 23 to August 2, with Jamaica hoping to build on their best-ever finish at the previous edition in Birmingham, England, where they captured a historic silver medal.
Henry-Wright noted that while the full squad is not yet together, the local-based players have been working tirelessly on all aspects of their game ahead of a final training camp in Durham, England, where they will be joined by the overseas-based players.
