InĀvesĀtiĀgaĀtions are onĀgoĀing inĀto the cause of a fire at CaraĀpichaima West SecĀondary School, even as alĀleĀgaĀtions have surĀfaced that Form Five stuĀdents may have been inĀvolved.
EdĀuĀcaĀtion MinĀisĀter Dr Michael Dowlath said the matĀter reĀmains unĀder acĀtive inĀvesĀtiĀgaĀtion, with no evĀiĀdence so far to supĀport claims of stuĀdent inĀvolveĀment.
He said the inĀciĀdent ocĀcurred on MonĀday when smoke was first deĀtectĀed at apĀproxĀiĀmateĀly 1:50 pm on the top floor of the Form Five buildĀing block.
