Caribbean reparations movement urged to build evidence-based case

Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley says the Caribbean’s reparations movement has reached a stage where it must move beyond advocacy and build a specific, evidence-based case.

She was speaking at the opening of the Third Reparations Conference in Barbados.

The conference, which culminates today, is being held under the theme, “Reparatory Justice as the Coming Enlightenment”.
