A MARACAS BAY man who was released from prison in December last year was shot and killed on Wednesday evening near his home in what police described as a gang-related attack.
Officers found 16 assault rifle shell casings with the marking “TTAG” along with 14 9mm shell casings.
Police also said Johnathan Lawrence Johnson had issued threats to gang members about the control of narcotics in the area and they believe that this was what led to his murder.
