Gunmen killed a Penal labourer in his yard, then drove over his body with his car as they fled the scene.
The killing of Brandon Harripersad, 34, occurred around 10.45 pm on Batchiya Trace on Monday night.
The police were that moments before he was shot, Harripersad saw the gunmen and told a relative "Alyuh they coming to kill me".
