A SOLIDER has been found guilty on seven charges, including the kidnapping and sexual penetration of boys aged 12 and 14 years old.
Sterlyn Figaro is expected to be sentenced in the coming weeks, following the trial which was conducted before Justice Gail Gonzales at the Port of Spain High Court.
One of the victims, who was then 14 years old and a Form Two student, testified that around 2 p.m. on June 22, 2017, a classmate took him to the soldier, whom he did not know, who told him he was in a military operation.
