ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica â A man who reportedly fled the scene of a confrontation with police in Balaclava, St Elizabeth, last month, which left Jowayne Salmon, otherwise called âManiâ, dead, has been charged.
He has been identified as 29-year-old Kimar Robinson, otherwise called âBudshotâ, a construction worker of Oxford District, St Elizabeth.
Robinson has been charged with shooting with intent, possession of prohibited weapon and unauthorised possession of ammunition.
