A 27-year-old La Horquetta man is in critical condition after he was shot multiple times at a food establishment in the community on Saturday night.
Around 11:10 p.m. La Horquetta police officers on mobile patrol received a report of gunfire along De Freitas Boulevard. When they arrived ten minutes later, they found spent shells and bloodstains inside Terrel’s Stop and Eat, located opposite Tecoma Boulevard.
Police were told that the victim, David Pascal, had been working at the establishment when several explosions rang out. A co-worker told officers he dropped to the ground and saw Pascal collapse with what appeared to be gunshot wounds to his upper body.
