Unit­ed Na­tion­al Con­gress (UNC) leader Kam­la Per­sad-Bisses­sar has ac­cused the Peo­ple’s Na­tion­al Move­ment (PNM) of run­ning an elec­tion cam­paign based on “neg­a­tiv­i­ty, un­hap­pi­ness, smears and in­sults,” which she’d nev­er seen in all her years.
