Deputy Executive Director of the Regional Security System (RSS), Atlee Rodney, has been honoured with the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) International Presidential Award.
Rodney received the prestigious award from NOBLE President, retired Police Chief Renee Hall, during the 2026 NOBLE International Training Summit held in Saint Thomas on June 5.
In presenting the award, Hall highlighted Rodney’s significant contributions to law enforcement throughout the Caribbean. These included his service as Commissioner of Police of the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda, President of the Caribbean Association of Commissioners of Police, and Regional Director on the Board of the International Association of Chiefs of Police.
