A St Catherine bus driver who was allegedly caught holding up traffic in Portmore ended up before the court after police discovered that his driver's licence had expired and he had no insurance coverage.
Kingsley Morgan pleaded guilty to having no driver's licence and no insurance coverage when he appeared before Parish Judge Venese Blackstock-Murray.
He was fined a total of $50,000 or 24 days' imprisonment.
