A Tableland man appeared before a master of the High Court on September 17, charged with two counts of forgery.
Neil Barrington faced master Lisa Singh-Phillip who granted him $70,000 surety bail.
The accused was charged with possession of a forged document, and uttering said forged document. The case was adjourned to February 24.
