ShelÂdon FrasÂer was disÂcharged by JusÂtice DeÂvan RamÂperÂsad on MonÂday afÂter prosÂeÂcuÂtors ofÂfered no evÂiÂdence against him.
FrasÂer and RaÂjÂnath Bridglal were acÂcused of murÂderÂing Sunil “Pep” Sookdeo durÂing a botched robÂbery at his poulÂtry deÂpot in Point Fortin on SepÂtemÂber 13, 2009.
