In June, a man calling himself âDavidâ logged into a Telegram group chat dedicated to child pornography to advertise his collecÂtion of child sexual abuse materials.
David asked group memÂbers to message him to see images and videos of pre-teens engaged in sexual acts.
To the interested, he responded with a cache of images, a screenshot depicting dozens of videos of what appeared to be young children, some nude, others partially clothed, all being exploitÂed on camera.
