The Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) has confirmed that repairs to a ruptured transmission main near Beetham Gardens have been successfully completed. WASA has confirmed that repairs to a ruptured transmission main near Beetham Gardens have been successfully completed — but the Authority is now dealing with a separate mechanical failure at the Valsayn A Booster Station that is affecting water supply to several communities.
According to WASA, emergency repair teams completed work on the ruptured transmission main near Beetham Gardens at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Thursday 7th May 2026. Full water service to affected customers has since been restored.
The Authority thanked residents and customers for their patience and understanding while teams worked to complete the emergency repairs.
