The State has been ordered to pay over $250,000 in compensation to a man who was maliciously prosecuted for committing a robbery.
High Court Judge Robin Mohammed ordered the compensation for Adrian Kissoon last week as he upheld his case against the Office of the Attorney General.
The lawsuit related to Kissoon's arrest on March 19, 2014.
