Dear Editor, I am concerned about the declining standard of customer service at some popular fast-food restaurants.
While these establishments promise convenience, affordability, and quick service, the experience customers receive can sometimes leave much to be desired.
Fast-food restaurants have become an important part of everyday life for many Jamaicans.
