Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley is calling for stronger links between the Caribbean and Africa, saying there is a need to make travel, trade, education and opportunities flow more freely between the two regions.
In a message marking CARICOM-Africa Day 2026, Mottley said meaningful progress had been made since the first in-person CARICOM-Africa summit in Addis Ababa last year and five years after the inaugural summit.
