No charges yet in shooting death of Chaguanas grandmother

Of­fi­cers of the Re­gion III Homi­cide Bu­reau con­firmed they have con­sult­ed the Di­rec­tor of Pub­lic Pros­e­cu­tions (DPP) in re­la­tion to the shoot­ing death of 65-year-old Ch­agua­nas grand­moth­er Su­san Medra­no St Louis but said they have re­ceived no in­struc­tions to lay charges as of Mon­day morn­ing.

Po­lice re­port­ed St Louis and rel­a­tives vis­it­ed a Cunu­pia dou­bles stand on Sat­ur­day morn­ing when her rel­a­tives got in­to an ar­gu­ment with strangers over a park­ing spot. The ar­gu­ment es­ca­lat­ed in­to a fight, dur­ing which two of St Louis’ rel­a­tives were stabbed.
