Se­nior Coun­sel Lar­ry Lal­la made his de­but on a Peo­ple’s Na­tion­al Move­ment (PNM) plat­form Sat­ur­day night, ex­press­ing con­cern about Unit­ed Na­tion­al Con­gress (UNC) leader Kam­la Per­sad-Bisses­sar.

Lal­la was ad­dress­ing sup­port­ers at a PNM meet­ing in Tu­na­puna, where he raised ques­tions about Per­sad-Bisses­sar’s ca­pac­i­ty to serve as Prime Min­is­ter.

“I do not want to be dis­re­spect­ful,” Lal­la said, “but run­ning a coun­try like T&T is se­ri­ous busi­ness and re­quires a lot of time and en­er­gy from its Prime Min­is­ter.”
