A 16-YEAR-OLD schoolboy who was initially believed to have been killed following a shooting in Caparo Valley, Central Trinidad, early yesterday morning was, up to last evening, listed in critical condition at hospital after undergoing emergency surgery.
Police confirmed that the teenager, identified as Darias Shadrack, a fifth-form student of Tabaquite Composite School, remained alive but in critical condition.
He was one of four people, including another teenager, who were ambushed and shot in a small wooden structure, just metres from the Brasso Police Station around 2 a.m.
