(Kaieteur News) – The residents of Tapakuma and Mainstay/ Whyaka in Region Two will benefit from the installation of electricity in their communities within three months.
Team Lead of the Guyana Power and Light Incorporated (GPL), Kesh Nandlall, committed on Friday to residents of Tapakuma, Region Two, that electricity will be delivered to the community within three months.
The commitment was made during a presidential outreach in the area. In a video posted to GPL’s Facebook page, Nandlall said a resident, Ms. Fredericks, had raised concerns about the lack of electricity in the community.
