The Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (TSTT) has confirmed that talks with the Communications Workers Union (CWU) are still underway through the established collective bargaining process, with no agreement reached to date.
The company says it remains focused on ensuring uninterrupted, reliable service for customers and the wider national community as an essential telecommunications provider.
TSTT reiterated its commitment to good-faith engagement with the CWU, with the goal of reaching a responsible and sustainable resolution that serves the interests of both employees and the organisation.
