A woman is re­cov­er­ing af­ter she was found with stab wounds in the Cunu­pia dis­trict ear­ly Sat­ur­day morn­ing.

Around 12.30 am, of­fi­cers were on pa­trol when they got a re­port of a woman ly­ing on the road­way along Old South­ern Main Road, War­renville.

On ar­rival, they found the woman bleed­ing from mul­ti­ple wounds. She was tak­en to the Ch­agua­nas Health Fa­cil­i­ty.
