He said his forĀmer poĀlitĀiĀcal friend FosĀter CumĀmings sancĀtioned "obĀscene wastage, fisĀcal irĀreĀsponĀsiĀbilĀiĀty and reckĀless misĀmanĀageĀment" at the now deĀfunct MinĀistry of Youth DeĀvelĀopĀment and NaĀtionĀal SerĀvice.
