Acting Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) for Operations, Curt Simon, who served as the Gold Commander for the 2025 General Elections, says he is satisfied with the overall conduct of the electorate and has commended the Police Service for what he says were its “effective security operations”.
“The electoral process unfolded in a manner that allowed the public to exercise their franchise freely and safely. We saw democracy at work,” DCP (Ag.) Simon stated in a release.
“We are pleased with the level of cooperation from citizens who exercised great restraint and mutual respect, allowing the democratic process to take its course,” he said.
