The Couva Hospital, which was commissioned by the People’s Partnership Government days before the 2015 general election, is expected to be reopened by the end of this year.
This, according to Minister of Works and Infrastructure Jearlean John, who along with Health Minister Dr Lackram Bodoe and Minister in the Ministry of Health Dr Rishad Seecheran, toured the facility yesterday.
The tour was facilitated by the Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago (UDeCOTT), the project overseer.
