A woman detained by the police at the residence where San Fernando businessman Steve Ghany Junior was shot dead after a domestic dispute on Wednesday, remains in custody as investigations continue.
Officers found two firearms, 11 spent shells and Ghany’s bloody body in a bedroom of his sprawling residence on Alexander Road, Sumadh Gardens in Vistabella.
The 45-year-old woman allegedly told officers that the incident unfolded over several hours and involved accusations, heated arguments and physical confrontations, ultimately culminating in a fatal exchange of gunfire at the family’s mansion.
