T&T Electricity Commission is suing two attorneys over what it says was a failed effort to recover more than two-point-three million dollars in unpaid electricity charges.
The Commission alleges the lawyers allowed three separate court claims against Flavorite Foods Limited to lapse, while misleading T&TEC about the status of the proceedings.
The allegations are contained in a Statement of Claim filed in the High Court on August 27th.
