The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) has initiated pre-action proceedings against Senior Counsel Keith Scotland and attorney Keisha Kydd-Hannibal over the failed recovery of 2.39 million dollars owed by Flavourite Foods Limited.
What began as debt recovery has turned into a major issue of public accountability.
Represented by Freedom Law Chambers and Former Attorney General, Senior Counsel, Anand Ramlogan, T&TEC has issued a Pre-Action Protocol Letter against Keith Scotland SC and Attorney-at-Law Keisha Kydd-Hannibal arising from their conduct of legal proceedings intended to recover approximately $2.39 million dollars in unpaid electricity charges owed by Flavourite Foods Limited.
