The jet ski operator alleged to have caused the death of seven-year-old Angelica Jogie at Pigeon Point Beach on April 8 has been denied bail.
Ashworth Burnett, 33, of Canaan, Tobago, appeared before Master Shah at the Scarborough Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday charged with manslaughter.
Burnett was remanded into custody and will reappear in court on October 20 for a status hearing.
