Police are investigating the murder of a Santa Cruz man in San Juan yesterday morning.

The victim was identified as Alexis O’Conner, 43, of La Canoa Road, Santa Cruz.

Reports indicate that gunshots were heard around 10 am along La Fortune Hill, off Laventille Road, San Juan, and upon checking, residents found the taxi-driver’s bullet-riddled body behind the steering wheel of his taxi, an AD wagon.
