TOBAGO House of Assembly (THA) Chief Secretary Farley Augustine has been legally compelled to submit his overdue integrity declaration for 2023.
A High Court order, issued yesterday by Justice Frank Seepersad, grants Augustine a 30-day window to comply, while also ordering him to pay $1,500 in legal costs to the Integrity Commission.
Augustine’s declaration of income, assets, and liabilities exceeding $10,000, along with a statement of registrable interests, was originally due by May 31 of last year, but his failure to file prompted the Integrity Commission to take legal action.
