CHIEF Secretary Farley Augustine says the THA still has an outstanding bill of $473 million to Tobago contractors.
He revealed the figure during the plenary sitting in the Assembly Legislature, Scarborough, Tobago, on May 22.
Minority Leader Kelvon Morris wanted to know the sum that was owed to contractors and the timeline for settling these obligations.
