A shootÂing inÂciÂdent around 4.30 pm near the St James Markey has left one man dead and three peoÂple inÂjured, as the anÂnuÂal CarÂniÂval celÂeÂbraÂtions wind down here.
The inÂciÂdent took place among specÂtaÂtors and CarÂniÂval masÂquerÂaders and came just hours afÂter actÂing PoÂlice ComÂmisÂsionÂer JuÂnior BenÂjamin had reÂportÂed an inÂciÂdent-free CarÂniÂval.
