A 31-year-old man is in serious condition after he was stabbed during an altercation along Mausica Road in D’Abadie on Friday night.

Police said officers of the Arima Police District responded around 7.45 p.m. to a report of a disturbance.

When officers arrived, they observed a group of people gathered around a 65-year-old man of Canna Drive, La Florissante. Persons at the scene told police the suspect had attacked the 31-year-old victim, also of Mausica Road, stabbing him twice during the altercation.
