SENIOR executive secretary to the Transport Authority managing director Herman Brown (centre) receives a plaque from Managing Director Ralston Smith for her 39 years of unwavering service to the Authority. Assisting with the presentation is General Manager, Human Resource Management and Administration, Petra-Kene Williams (left). The presentation was made on August 5 at a retirement seminar staged for Transport Authority staff within one to five years of their retirement. Brown joined the Transport Authority in 1987, months before it was incorporated on July 7 that same year. She joined the institution as a clerk and has risen up the ranks.
