The Diego Mar­tin Bor­ough Cor­po­ra­tion has ex­pressed con­do­lences to the fam­i­ly of Loren­zo Lawrence Hus­bands, whose de­com­pos­ing body was found on its Ken Val­ley Dri­ve, West­vale com­pound on Sun­day, along with an en­ve­lope con­tain­ing four hun­dred dol­lars. The Cor­po­ra­tion con­firmed it is co­op­er­at­ing ful­ly with the Trinidad and To­ba­go Po­lice Ser­vice as in­ves­ti­ga­tions con­tin­ue.

At ap­prox­i­mate­ly 10:00 a.m., WSO 2246 Maria La Fou­cade of Amal­ga­mat­ed Se­cu­ri­ty Ser­vices, as­signed to the premis­es, re­port­ed that a passer­by alert­ed her to a foul odour com­ing from the rear of the com­pound. Up­on in­ves­ti­gat­ing, she dis­cov­ered the body in a back drain be­hind one of the Cor­po­ra­tion’s build­ings.

The Diego Mar­tin Mu­nic­i­pal Po­lice were im­me­di­ate­ly no­ti­fied. In­spec­tor Smith-Dou­glas and Woman Act­ing In­spec­tor Mark re­spond­ed to the scene, ac­com­pa­nied by of­fi­cers from the Trinidad and To­ba­go Po­lice Ser­vice, in­clud­ing In­spec­tor Per­ry and PC 21406 Jack.
