This is a powÂerÂful symÂbol of womenâs leadÂerÂshipâbut alÂso a moÂment callÂing for deep reÂflecÂtion, not just celÂeÂbraÂtion.
While that fact might be celÂeÂbratÂed, exÂperts warn that it is not a sign of true genÂder equalÂiÂty.
